We will do everything we can to ensure timely delivery. However, due to the nature of the supply chain, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause a change or delay in delivery. When your items ship, you will receive a confirmation email. You will need to create a new account in order to submit and order. General Info

All orders must be paid for upon order submission.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH and wire transfers.

The minimum order quantity varies for each package and is indicated on each page.

Creating custom gift packages is our what we do best! We work with a wide range of wholesale and promo vendors, and would be happy to curate the right gifts for your project. We are unable to accept returns. However, we will do our absolute best to ensure your packages arrive looking their absolute best. If you have a concern with your order we'll work with you to make it right. Please reach out to us via email at giftingsupport@augeomarketing.com within 30 days of your orders ship date, with any issues.

Once orders enter into production,no changes can be made. However if you need to cancel or change your order prior to production, please reach out to us via email at giftingsupport@augeomarketing.com to discuss options.

Branding & Package Customization

The packages shown, can only be ordered as is through our Shopify site. However we're happy to curate the packages to fit your needs. To customize, please reach out to our support team at giftingsupport@augeomarketing.com and a gifting team member will reach out to you with more information.

The packages shown, can only be ordered blank through our Shopify site. However, some items may be available with branding. If your curious about branding options for the items within your package, please reach out to our support team at giftingsupport@augeomarketing.com and a gifting team member will reach out with more informaion on how to process your order. Please note that all packages are priced for blank goods, and adding additional branding may change the price of the package.

Packaging

Each gift package will be kitted in its own kraft mailer box, with crinkle paper for padding, and labeled with a custom sticker. We ship each gift package in the best sized box based on product included. A gifting team member will reach out for a logo file for the custom sticker after your order is received.

You can upgrade to a white mailer box with a custom sticker or a fully custom-printed box for an additional fee. To upgrade your packaging, please reach out to our support team at giftingsupport@augeomarketing.com prior to checkout, and a gifting team member will reach out to discuss your packaging vision.

Shipping & Order Status

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation through Shopify. From there a gifting team member will contact you to confirm all details, including product availability and packaging. They will then see your order through to final shipment and delivery.

The supply chain can be unpredictable, and while we do our best to ensure we don't run into inventory issues some things are out of our hands. Should we run into any issues with availability, your Gifting Account Manager will reach out with substitutions for that item.

All orders ship via UPS ground. Please note that there are many factors that affect shipping timelines. We will do everything in our power to ensure timely and swift delivery of your order.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. If you wish to expedite the shipping method please reach out to giftingsupport@augeomarketing.com prior to checkout and a gifting team member will be in touch with more information. Please note that expediting shipping will result in added cost.

Timelines vary by package. After you place your order, a gifting team member will confirm the order and reach out with a clear timeline for delivery. Please note that shipping times vary based on size of the order, and end destination. UPS Ground shipping times typically vary from one to five business days.

Shipping costs vary based on factors such as weight and quantity. Shipping will be caluculated using the shipping estimator on the checkout page.

Our standard is to ship your packages in bulk to one location within the US.

Our default is to ship your packages in bulk to one location. However, we do have the ability to drop ship your order to multiple addresses within the US. If you wish to drop ship your order, please reach out to giftingsupport@augeomarketing.com prior to checkout.

At this time, we only ship within the US.

You will receive an email with tracking information once the order ships.
